If you purchased 1 pro user:
It is ready to use without additional adjustment. Run the free alpemix program from any computer. Click on the “Login” button. Type your user name and password to the bottom of the form and log in. You can connect to the other computer by pressing "Main Form" at the top of the incoming list screen and typing the id and password of the computer you want to connect to the appeared form.
If you purchased more than 1pro user:
Run the free alpemix program from any computer. Click on the “Login” button. Type your user name and password to the bottom of the form and log in.
Let’s say you have 3 pro user privileges. 1 person with the main user name and 2 people with sub user names will give support. In this case, you add 2 child user names to the administrators section.
By right-clicking on the main user name and the 2 sub user names created, the pro-assignment is made from the corresponding option.
How to login with sub user name?
Run the free alpemix program from any computer. Click on the “Login” button. You can log in by writing your main user name to “Company User Name” section, one of the sub user names you created to “Sub User Name” section and the password of the sub user name to “Password” section in the top section of the form appeared.
