Log in with your main username from any computer. Create a user name to the customers group that represents the target computer. If there is more than one target computer, create a user name for each computer. If you are going to connect to the office from home, the target computers are the computers in the office.

Download Alpemix service application to the target computer to be accessed remotely. If you are going to connect to the office from home, the computer in the office is the target computer. You can download it from the download section as shown in the image below. You can also download it from here.

Install the service using the main user name and the sub-user name created for the target computer. Install the service application on each target computer using the sub-user name created for that target computer.

Log in with your main username or pro sub-username from any computer. You can see the computer the service set up in your list. Double click on your list and click on the padlock icon on the message window. You connect to the computer as soon as you write the password of the client.

Log in with your main user name from any computer. You can see the user name of the remote computer in your list. Double click on your list and click on the padlock icon on the message window. You connect to that computer the moment you click ‘done’ after you write unattended access password.
