Both parties must have a Windows operating system. And both parties must have version 5.3 or higher of Alpemix.

After connecting to the remote computer, the "Start Voice Communication" option must be selected on the remote computer.
 

Once this option is selected, you will be able to hear the sounds playing on the remote computer and the sound coming from the microphone.

If the connecting party initiates voice communication on their own computer, they will not be able to hear the sounds coming from the remote computer. They will only hear the sounds coming from the remote computer's microphone. Therefore, to hear the sounds from the remote computer, the "Start Voice Communication" option must be selected only on the remote computer.
