When you connect to the Alpemix application downloaded from Google Play from a computer, you can only watch. You cannot perform operations on the device. In order to perform operations on the device, the Alpemix apk file must be installed on the android device.

The latest version of the AlpemixPro.apk file is downloaded and installed on the phone from the page where the apk files are located. After the application is run, the necessary permissions are given as shown in the images below.

After granting the permission in the last picture, press the back button twice to return to the application. The following image appears on the screen.

When the "Start Now" option is selected, the id password is displayed on the screen. When you send the id password to the support staff, they can connect to your phone and perform the transaction.
